• Content from web pages is processed to allow the sidekick to understand context and perform actions
• This visual and web data is transmitted directly to the third-party AI provider of your choice (such as Anthropic or OpenAI) and is subject to their respective privacy policies
• We do not collect, store, or process this data on our own servers

No Data Collection by OpenSidekick

• OpenSidekick does not collect or store any usage data, analytics, or user information
• No data is sent to our servers - all AI processing occurs through the third-party AI provider you select
• We have no access to the data you share with these third-party AI providers

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. We encourage all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services.
